The short version
Your images are never uploaded. Every conversion, compression and resize on this site runs inside your own browser, using code that was downloaded to your device. The files you drop in are read from your disk into memory, processed there, and written back out as a download. They do not travel over the network, and there is no server that could receive them even if something went wrong.
You do not have to take that on trust. Every page is served with a Content Security Policy whose connect-src 'self' directive forbids the page from opening a network connection to any other host — the browser itself blocks it. You can also check directly: press F12, open the Network tab, and convert a file. The page loads its code and then goes silent.
Who is responsible

What is collected
Nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising, no cookies, no local storage of anything about you, no accounts, no sign-up, no contact forms and no server-side processing of your files. The site sets exactly one item in your browser’s local storage — your light or dark theme preference — and that never leaves your device and identifies nobody.
One exception, and only if you start a purchase. Opening the payment window loads a script from Creem, which stores a referral value of its own in local storage. That script is not loaded on any other page, nor on this one, nor until you click to buy — so browsing and using the tools never involves it. Your photograph is still not transmitted at any point, including while paying.
Starting a purchase also saves your photograph in your own browser’s storage, on your device, until the files are delivered. This is what stops a payment being lost if the page reloads or closes partway through — without it, the image exists only in the open tab and goes with it. The copy is deleted as soon as you download your files, and discarded automatically after a day if you never finish. It is not uploaded, and nobody but you can read it.
Because nothing is collected, there is no consent banner. A banner asking permission to do nothing would be theatre, and under the ePrivacy Directive consent is only required when something is actually stored or read for a purpose that needs it. A strictly necessary preference is not.
Server logs
Serving a web page necessarily involves your browser connecting to a hosting provider, which records standard connection information — IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user-agent string. This is ordinary technical logging performed by the host for security and reliability, not something this site reads or analyses. It is kept only as long as the hosting provider retains it, and it is never combined with anything else or used to build a profile.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to know what personal data is held about you, to obtain a copy, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
In practice these rights are simple to exercise here because there is nothing to exercise them against: no personal data is collected, so there is nothing to export, correct or delete. You are welcome to write and ask, and the answer will be exactly that.
Children
The site is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone, so there is nothing that could be gathered from a child.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts doing something that touches personal data — adding analytics or advertising, for instance — this policy will be updated before that happens, not afterwards, and the date at the top will change. The policy is generated from the site’s actual configuration, so it cannot describe a state the site is not in.
