There is deliberately no contact form. A form would mean collecting your message and your address on a server, which would make this the only part of the site that processes personal data — and it would make the privacy policy considerably longer for no benefit to you. Email works, and it leaves the record in your hands as well as ours.
Reporting a file that will not convert
This is the most useful thing you can send, and the hardest to act on without detail. Because files never reach us, there is no log to inspect — every diagnosis starts from what you describe.
Helpful to include:
- the exact page you were on;
- the source format and roughly how large the file was;
- the error message shown, word for word;
- your browser and operating system, with versions;
- whether it fails every time or only sometimes.
Please do not attach the file itself unless you are asked and are comfortable doing so. It is usually unnecessary, and sending it would undo the point of a site built so that your images stay with you. If the problem turns out to need a sample, we will ask, and you can decide then.
Correcting a number
Browser support tables, platform dimensions and file size limits all carry the date they were last verified, and platforms change them without notice. If something here is out of date or simply wrong, say what it should be and where you checked. Corrections are made and the verification date updated, rather than quietly edited.
Requesting a conversion
Several conversions are deliberately not published because the tool would silently do the wrong thing — for instance dropping animation, or converting only the first page of a document. If a format pair you need is missing, it is worth asking: knowing that someone actually wants it changes the order things get built in.
Privacy and legal
Data protection questions, requests under the GDPR, and anything to do with the terms of use go to the same address and reach Alexandr Stoianov directly. Because no personal data is collected, most such requests have a very short answer, but they are answered.

This is a site run by one person, not a support department — the about page explains who and why. Replies are not instant, and a message sent at the weekend will wait until the week. Everything gets read.
